About Sarah

Sarah started her ballet training at Elmhurst Ballet School at 7 and went on to Bush Davies Ballet School. At age 9, she played ‘Baby Roo’ in ‘Winnie The Pooh’ at The Phoenix Theatre in London as her first professional role.

She then landed her first television role at the age of 11 in the BBC series ‘Menace’, in an episode entitled ‘Boys and Girls Come Out to Play’.

More television roles followed including Alice in ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’ (BBC), ‘Aunt Tatty’ (BBC), ‘Late Call’ (BBC), ‘Westway’ (HTV), ‘Oil Strike North’ (BBC), ‘Games’ (YTV), ‘The Moon Stallion’ (BBC), ‘The Crucible’ (BBC), ‘Doctor Who’ (BBC), ‘Casualty’ (BBC) and ‘Two Lumps of Ice’ (BBC).

Sarah has always enjoyed radio and audio work and her radio credits include ‘Frost in May’, ‘Dust in the Sugar House’, ‘Fields of the Blessed’ and ‘A Fall of Leaves’.

She has played Cinderella in ‘Cinderella’ in pantomime at Gravesend Civic Theatre and was in a 16 week tour of ‘Policy for Murder’.

Sarah is delighted to have had the opportunity to play Nyssa, companion to the Fourth and Fifth Doctors, again in so many Big Finish productions and to have reconnected with her old Tardis crew!
